Too many Lucid Dreams?

For 2 years now I have been thinking about "Something" that caused a transformation within my life. Thing is that this "Something" was something more then a role model but a thing to care about. But right now during the present time being, I am getting these Lucid Dreams that seem so real I think they actually took place. The first dream after awhile happened about 3 weeks, the dream was about tubes in the air making paradox universes collide and a time flucation irregularity (time was speedy and slow at random times) was present. The "Something" was in there and got me out of that horrible dream (Not in reality).

Now I am getting more and more dreams that seem real, some of them are pretty frightening. Sometimes I here the "Something" in my head, as if it has grown onto a part of me since I have been thinking about that "Something" for two years (maybe more, I don't know). I fear I am on the brink of going insane and I hope this doesn't really get out offline. Please can someone tell me what I should do to tolerate or relive this.

? I had no idea that vitamins could induce such a thing to happen. I have been eating healthy lately with Granola bars and orange juice. I am running low on that (sorry for the off topic question in this reply) by the way, GRR.

yes.. B3, B5, B6, and B12 are the common B vitamins. typically they are referenced as energy giving vitamins.. at least the Powerade and Gatorade bottles say so.

and as far as the lucid dreams go.. can you give me some? I haven't had a good lucid dream in ages and I miss them. didn't really know anyone could consider them in any way where one could have too many of them, but I guess not everyone enjoys a good dream.
lucid dreams are amazing because sometimes they let you escape from reality by living in a world that is free from the norms of reality and society. unless of course you encounter a lot that have an overall powerful and negative feel to them.

are you sure you have the right definition of lucid dream in your head? a real lucid dream means that you realize you are dreaming and can control yourself in the dream and do whatever you want....they are very rare and many people go to great lengths to try to have them

so are you just talking about a really detailed nightmare? or an actual lucid dream

Wow I wish I dreamt more...every morning I wake up immediately after falling asleep the night before. Maybe I'll start pounding B vitamins.

I dont know if i had lucid dreams or not. I have a lot of dreams and I find i can always control them in the end..but I dont know if it is because I am almost awake ore not.

In any case, if you are that worried about it go see a doctor or a phsyc about it. My friend just recently went insane..in the most serious sense. i think he has schizophrenia...I think he was gonna get it anyway...but the drugs sped it up.

The specific vitamin that causes lucid dreams is vitamin B6. If you don't believe me try it.

Taking between 200mg-600mg before bed will cause lucid dreams that are very very colorful and realistic. Taking more will make these dreams mellow. Just keep your intake below 1,000mg day. There is a story about a woman who took 3,000mg and ended up with serious nerve damage, she lost use of her arms. You can train yourself to have lucid dreams. There is a device you put over your eyes when you go to sleep that will detect rapid eye movements and begin flashing light. This will make you aware that you are dreaming.

I had some of the most insane dreams on vitamin B6. When I know that I'm dreaming I usually do one of two things: I either have sex with the first female I see (sometimes forcibly, which is weird since it is MY dream and she should put out, lol) or I fly.

I wish I was like you, I must be getting your share of dreams every night on top of my own.

pretty much how I feel. I used to be able to recall at least a dream a two each morning. Now I rarely have one.
The last time I had a dream, it was funny. I had a pet bear that was misbehaving. I would just smack it when it would chew up my neighbors. The idea of anyone/anything putting up with my crap is funny, much less a full grown grizzly bear.

No, I truely think these are lucid dreams. I could recall every detail comeing down from the crappy buildings that I saw and the jewlery that some had on. I know the words of dialogues to! That is extremely uncommon.

lucid dream doesn't mean you can recall every detail of the dream. it means you KNOW you are dreaming and you can CONTROL your dream.

I've had dreams before where I knew I was dreaming, but I couldn't wake up myself up, even though I wanted to. Luckily, I haven't had those dreams in a while...

Sweet, is there anyway to induce this?

Do you have a lot on your mind when you're awake?

These "tubes" sound very familiar, may be related to the common "vortex" dreams that some of us have when we're under stress. I myself get very surreal dreams about tornadoes when something is really bugging me.

Maybe I can psychoanalyze your dream for you... can you give any more details? What time do you normally get to bed, and when do you wake up? Are you regularly active (exercise, sports, hard labor), or are you lethargic? Drink, smoke, favorite foods?

When I was younger I had many nightmares where even when awake I could feel and hear(usually loud wailing) the dream still. Closing my eyes would immediately put me back at the height of the fear. Freaky, yes. Sign of going Insane, no.
