What do you guys think of this cover band (video link below)? I'm thinking about seeing them tonight with the other half from the recommendation of a coworker. Their timing is a little off but Tool is a hard band to cover.

Tool is the kind of band that would require very talented musicians to pull it off. If you can't do it as seamlessly as they can, you probably shouldn't play the music.
And since when is Lateralus the easy song to cover? It is arguably the most complex Tool song ever, and also my fav.

I used to have a very serious problem with drinking over a month ago and before. One of those instances i decided to be a complete douchebag to not only this forum, which i got banned for, but also to my fiancee which i deeply regret. Drinking has had a very serious impact on my life as of late and I have done a complete 180. I'm posting here to try to help out the OP. What helped me was working out daily, and trying to put a positive spin on everything. I have also started my own business. But hey, let's go dig up skeletons from the past. People change. I'm over 2 weeks sober as of today.

I also find it very funny that you are such a new member with such a low post count. It would not surprise me that you are a long term member with some sort of vendetta. If that's the case, go fuck yourself.

Yes I'm serious. Show me a Chicago Puscifer concert recently. We are the third biggest city in the US, yet nothing. Yes, they are actively touring, I am very well aware of that, but not here unless if you count 2011.
Not touring in your city =/= not touring
I counted it up and that's 50 tour dates over 6 months with Puscifer and an additional 13 tour dates with Tool over the same timeframe.
