Toolbar Missing

well, since NOTHING significant happening on my system, my clock and toolbar are gone ...

this has happened once before, and i had to format and reinstall

Will Alt-T get into the Tools menu?

Id try to right click on an empty area of the taskbar by the clock would be and choose properties, should be able to enable the clock there, and also 'unlock' the toolbar
