I cannot find this article offensive. I went to a high school in Illinois that I feel should have easily been one of the top 100 but we are nowhere on the list but to add insult to injury they added just about every other school in my conference (even the ones in the hood that have freakin metal detectors i.e. niles north &south, maine south).

they answer this in FAQ. any school with a selective entrance process like TJ or Stuy aren't on the list.

it's a public school but you have to take a test to get in. The average SAT there is around 1460. I think it took them about 2 years just to find a replacement principle since most don't qualify
