Rutleg how ever you spell it, Ruined his LS, he should of kept it white which is the classic look of the LS
haha, tim allen was a great guest..enjoyed hearing him spout displacements when talking about detroit
I'm still waiting for it to show up on History's site so that I can watch it. Sunday evening is an inconvenient time for me to watch TV. First couple episodes showed up almost exactly 24 hours after airing. Then it went to 48 hours. Now it is past 48 hours. We'll see tonight if it shows up after 72 hours.
I think the show is (slowly) starting to get better. Still think Rutledge is the weak link. But lets see how it goes.
That episode was just passable IMO. Personally I always liked the TG formula of testing one truly exciting car per episode, and I don't think the CR-Z counts. Their races, particularly this one, feel even more obviously rigged than the ones on the UK show. I'm sure TGUK cooks the books to make the races look more competitive, but this race just seemed obviously faked to the point that I couldn't really suspend disbelief (which I cheerfully do when watching the original). The used-car-salesman challenge was also just lame IMO.

Just finished watching the car salesman episode. That was....painful to watch. Rutledge has got to go. Nothing he says is funny. Adam was not very funny either, which is not really acceptable considering he's supposed to be the funny one. If those scripted and edited scenes at the dealership are the best they can do, I don't have high hopes for this crew. I had actually liked the episode with the Aston, thought they did a good job with that one. But this was just horrible.
Has Top Gear UK ever showcased American trucks?
