If AMD sells so many cards then why are they a total financial basket case?
http://www.lindsayburoker.com/amazon-kindle-sales/amazon-sales-ranking-explained/Now keep in mind that the rank is “at that point in time” and the numbers are updated regularly (I did some experimentation and it seems to change once an hour). The best rank I’ve ever seen for him is 27,873 the worst is 527,890. The number can vary wildly even over the period of a single day for instance on Feb 8th the ranking varied from 70,891 – 321,204)
https://chrismcmullen.wordpress.com...m-sales-rank-how-does-it-work-research-based/The single-most important factors are:
- How much time has elapsed since the most recent sale?
- How many sales have been made recently?
Someone should tell Newegg, they aren't following the script.

Weird to see, Hawaii SKUs selling so well in 2016. Old, but not obsolete.
The tragic tale for AMD here though, is how much of a flop Fiji is. Top-end is all 980Ti.
IMO, combo of high price, coil whine and 4GB fears made Fiji SKUs DOA.
Amazon top 10 means almost nothing, as it takes in total lifetime sales as well, which is why very old cards are in that list.
Surely nobody thinks an 8400GS is in the top ten cards sold today.
