quest? I found one piece pretty early but haven't found anything since.

wow, found out why my health robot is always disappearing. Any time I enter or leave a portal or dungeon, he is unsummoned. that sucks


seems like melee weapons have more dps than ranged and are more frequent drops.

I have a unique greatsword called the Decapitator and my damage is like 151 - 251. My cannon is like 68-150

hmmm, that's interesting because I don't recall that being an issue in the demo a few months ago.

i haven't used a single health potion. did use a mana potion once though.

i find that my health robot either goes missing or dies a lot.

My engineer is bald with a moustache... I named him Hyneman

He has a bulldog named Buster

Just finished Act 2, full clear. Ended up lvl 39 at the end of it. Found 6-7 pieces of unique embermage equiptment , only problem is I'm an Outlander -_-. The end of the act Boss fight was pretty tough since I speced shotgunne and didn't put much into defense. I ended up spamming glaive lvl 5 and chugging mana pots to finish him off.

Total hours played on steam is 12. Very fun.

Well it makes sense that range should have lower DPS. Ranged attack means you need to work a bit less on upping armor so to balance the melee has higher DPS??

Well, if runic's purchasing site is anything like their account managing site you'll never get to play. I still can't create an account and it's still going dog slow. Good thing I have BL2 to play while Runic gets their act together.

Managed to sneak one in 7am this morning. Its just as fun single player.

Wow, just started Act 2, went fishing in one of the "secret" fishing holes, and caught the following:

- Big Health Potion
- Unique Engineer Shoulders
- Unique Engineer Helmet

Probably cuz of the goggles.

I used to have a ferret so I was maybe biased.

And of the limited selection of classes, the engineer seemed the most original of anything we've seen in years. Titan Quest doesnt have it. Diablo doesnt have it. Torchlight 1 didnt have it. Dungeon Siege never had it.

I've been keeping strength/vitality about even, but lately I've been wondering if I shouldn't get more focus for shield slam spam

Why do you care about creating an account? You don't need one to play. It's so refreshing to see a game that supports LAN play. My wife and I played up to level 6 this evening. I have a mage+cat and she has outlander+panther.

I wanted to play online and I need to log into an account to do that. Yes, local works but online didn't. I finally got through but it was just a rocky start to the release. The game itself is fine but their account system was just having issues.

Ah, I didn't realize, I haven't tried Internet play yet.

Yes, the creatures scale up in some way when you add players.

Luckily they don't have separate single and multiplay characters so it wasn't a big deal to play offline until it worked. That would have been frustrating to start over again.

So I found a secret unmapped passage that gave me a random buff. Turns out that the buff allowed me to access a locked door. 6 floors and an epic dragon fight later, I get 2 unique drops.

I've only played 2 hours of the demo, but comparing it to the starter playthrough of Diablo 3, I like T2 much more.

Love the character customization options in T2.
