I'm not sure how to configure WoW torrenting, but in your torrent program you need to cap your speed. I recommend allowing only up to a max of 70% or so of your max upload speed. If other people are on your connection or you want to use it while downloading you're going to want to have it lower than that. Even a 6-10k/sec upload speed allows downloads of 150+k/s. When you upload at near your max rated speed, your internet tends to be VERY slow, downloads very slow, disconnects, etc. Another thing to consider is the number of concurrent connections that your router can handle. With torrents left uncapped, you might be conected to several hundred peers. Depending on your router this might be too much and cause the common dead connection. So I'd cap it pretty low, say 50-75 connections, then work a little higher if your internet is still ok.
Generally by capping the upload speed fairly low and the connections low, your connection will be much more usable.
