Toshiba laptop help

Well, I opened up my laptop because I wanted to do something to the speakers. Well, while doing so, I messed up two ribbons. One was for the power button and the other was for the touch mouse screen. After that, my computer doesn't turn anymore. Where can I find these 2 ribbons?

What did you do rip the cable, or just pull them out of there connector? If they where pulled then all you have to do is find the release ont eh connectors and reincert them and lock them back down. If you ripped the cable then you may have a hard time finding a replacment. But i'm sure someone knows a good source for them. But its not something you'll be able to pick up at your local Radio Shack.

I did some searching on Google and also looked at Mouser.com and couldn't find a supplier. I'm pretty sure those cables are made for the particular device they will be used on. So i'm not sure you'll be able to buy them or find a role of it the same size and with the same number of conductors as your needing. When i get home i'll have a more in depth look threw my physical Mouser catalogue. The one online is a pain to sort threw.

I actually messed up the tips trying to put them back in.
