I could see the high magistrate simply choosing not to accuse someone. How could he know that he was picking a baddie from just the events of day 1? Moreover I'm not sure how useful the ability is anyways; the high magistrate has no special knowledge unless given by the spirit reader, so anyone he accuses is just the same conjecture we'd use. In fact, I would call it the worst good role available.

The ghost talker being silent is pretty scary though.

Okay, Well, personally I think it's pretty obvious. Lucy was the bad witch. I am pretty positive that PP is the Savant and Alive is the fool.. Otherwise why would PP post what they knew, and at least one of the roles they posted being right.
No one else (alive doesn't count) has really contested the fact if PP was right with the other roles.

Why is the ghost talker the most significant role of the whole game? What good does it do everyone to know what role they had if they are dead?? Why bother then, having a savant if the only way to find out anyone's roles was by them being killed?? There are other things you can learn from dead people in this game. Asking for their role, is a waste.

It's probably likely that PP was the savant, T_Y the good witch, and LUCY the bad one, but that is still just taking the word of all three for it. Certainty on LUCY's role would make it extremely unlikely that the other two were lying, and so we have more roles locked in and a better chance of making the correct vote.

Well ok, the savant certainly has more knowledge readily applicable, but for team good it is very helpful to know that what you're lynching what you want to lynch, and that is what the ghost talker provides. Of course, a dead ghost talker is nearly as valuable as a living one, so...
