The sleepy town finally starts to wake up, and the town folks gather in the square. Also in the square is the town magistrate, and his guards.

"You might be wondering why I gathered you all here," begins the Magistrate. "The cheesecake recipe theft has gone unpunished too long, and it must be delt with today. Among you is a highland145. It has been brought to my attention that he is a very suspicious fellow, and he must be executed immediatly- unless he can prove his innocence. Guards! Find the one known as highland145!"

The magistrate's guards search the square, but highland145 is missing! A full search and investigation is conducted, with the whole crowd from the square following. Highland145 is finally discovered, in his room. Mutilated nearly beyond recognition, he is just a mess of blood and torn body parts scattered around the room. The good news is his teeth are intact, identification based on his dental records confirms the mess is indeed highland145.

The magistrate turns to the crowd, "well, I could have possibly been mistaken in my suspicions".

So DixyCrat was lying (or at least misled), hmmm? :hmm:

EDIT: Interesting that highland was doubly targeted. On my list he's one of two that has nothing more than a simple "?" after his name; maybe it was a lack of info that made him a target to both sides?

And no ghost reading again? It seems like this entire round our only real lead turned out to be nothing, and with no new information I can't imagine it will be easy for DixyCrat to defend himself.

In previous games, I was a target because I was too aggressive......supposedly.

Yeah, I just went through your post history and the only thing that sounded interesting was "Aggressive...expect it." in post #6 not being followed up on. Had you lasted another day I probably would have found that and suspected you as being up to something naughty.

I just realized that it's possible that an enraged werewolf attempted to kill someone immune, explaining why only one death was seen. I expect that will be the defense DixyCrat will make, which is unfortunately impossible to determine since the ghost talker dun goofed again.

EDIT: The lack of mystery votes make me inclined to believe that at least the bad witch is dead.

PenguinPower who admitted to being on team evil and proved it by nailing the role of T_Y and myself.

some stuff
Dude, I don't get your argument in the least.

at least the bad witch is dead
Duh; we killed the bad witch the first night after T_Y outed the bad witch after PPower! outed T_Y and I.

Then yesterday we killed the baby wolf, and now we're going to kill the savant.

wtf when did he die? I dont like this one. The last game was easier to follow. This one has been convoluted at best.

If the baby wolf dies, the alpha wolf kills two the following night. Krazy was supposedly the baby wolf. Krazy died. One person was found eaten by a werewolf. What gives?

That's a good f-ing question; but now I get your argument .

I'll be interested to find out what happened since all we'll have left after tonight is the alpha and the submissive.

With no significant disagreement, the crowd moves towards PenguinPower. Only MonKENY briefly suggests that Krazy4Real be killed again, "just in case", before he reluctantly agrees that killing the penguin would make more sense.

Head down, PenguinPower offers no resistance. The angry villagers, upset about the lack of cheesecake, march the penguin onto a wooden block under a beam in the town square. A noose is gently wrapped around his neck before being tightened, and the angry village demands to know where the recipe was hidden.

Penguin looks up and says "M-O-O-N, that spel-" and is cut off. Someone has kicked out the block, the only thing supporting him, and the Penguin falls. His neck snaps and a lifeless body falls limp.

The crowd quickly disperses before the murder draws any police attention, and the wise hide indoors during the dangerous night.

Send night actions, day 4 begins 11AM EDT Friday
