If we're to assume PenguinPower is telling the truth, then we know T_Yamamoto is the good witch. Thus, T_Yamamoto can tell us who the bad witch is, since his role is already revealed. Killing the bad witch is a much better day 1 action under these circumstances to prevent the double lynch vote power from being used.
