Tracking Cingular text messages

I am being harrased by someone, who keep sending me text messages. I know how they are doing it. http://www.cingularme.com/do/public?l=en-US&v=cingular - where you can send someone who has Cingular service a text message - with no knowledge of who sent it. I need to know if there is still a way to track this. I am being harrassed, someone is doing this, I want to find out who. Its important - beyond belief. Please let me know if there is any way possible to do this.

Cingular will probably require a court order. I know with most of our investigations they do.

Even better - I think I know who it was. Is there a way to get a list from an ISP about any activity on an account - even if it was my own?
