Tracking evga step-up from 7800 to 7900

Today was the last day of my 90-day warranty (as I mentioned earlier), and I just made a step-up from 7800GT to 7900GTX! Stooooked. #119 in line. Noooot stooooked.

Yep, more run around. I was told they got shipments of the 7900's over the weekend and all last weeks arrivals would ship Mon or Tues and still no email here. Now 8 days since they received my card.

eVGA received my second 7800GT on Friday and shipped my second 7900GT CO SC (stepup) on Monday. ups sez it should arrive tomorrow. two day turn around on both cards. satisfied customer here

Call them and complain if it has been longer than 3 business days since they had your card. DO NOT TAKE NO FOR AN ANSWER! Be nice and i bet you can get things done. They recieved my card on friday morning and it was shipped Monday. Will be here sometime tomarrow. Great service if you ask me.

They got my card last week, Wednesday. It is now 7 days and still no word from them yet. I will call today to start complaining about their slow turnaround time. I'm upgrading to the stock 7900gt.

Just called them on the status and they said it is in their warehouse, the shipping label is printed out and it will ship out today. We'll see if there's any truth to that statement.

I checked my Gmail and had an e-mail from EVGA with a tracking number!

It's on its way. Took them a week!

Edit: I also just ordered a Zalman VF900 from ZipZoomFly. A little pricey, yes, but it should keep my GT nice and cool and quiet. The HSF on my 7800GT was the loudest part of my system.

You are lucky that any company even bothers to offer this and that they are honoring the program.

My card arrived at eVGA last Friday afternoon, called Monday said they recieved it and was in processing, called yesterday again (to bug the hell out of em) they said it was being shipped as we spoke and he went ahead and read me the tracking number. AWESOME! checked tracking number this morning to find that UPS has rescheduled my delivery for the 10th aka next Monday. I realize i live in AL but DAMN! FIVE business days? im gonna call tomorrow and bitch til i get my shipping cost back no way it should take that long

no its not, but being that shipping ws 11 bucks, im callin BS. for 11 bucks u could ship a vcard 2nd day air no problem, ground at MOST would be 6 bucks. I work in shipping at my current job so i know (UPS shipping at that.)

And I agree also. I am not remotely upset at the general time delay due to supply issue which is most likely nvidia's fault. What I am mad about is the apparent disregard of the FIFO system by EVGA and cards arriving later than others getting shipped out a day sooner. Anyway, ignore my ranting, I loved my 7800 and if this 7900 performs/oc's as well I will consider EVGA next round
