What I said was factual, sorry you don't like it. Politician attacked in his own yard? Some lefties say karma. People burned to death by wildfires? Some lefties say karma. Some people drowned? Some people say karma. Politician shot during a softball game? Some lefties say karma. Accidental shooting in a republican dominated state? Some say karma. Train wreck, some lefties say karma. Lefties being happy about it, gloating about it, saying that they deserve it.
Every time there is something bad that happens to a perceived repub/conservative, some lefties are very happy about it. Say they deserve it, say its karma, glorify it. Even deaths. Even when people burn to death or drown. This was again the case today. The comment I was talking about, was posted in this thread too. "God is working hard today to clean up the stink". CNN talking head said that. People who make such comments on tragedies that I have outlined are fellow politicians, celebrities, college professors, the MSM, people on these very forums, to name a few. All the while the narrative is that conservatives are "deplorable". The left likes to try to take the moral high ground. Yet comments that take excitement and glee in harm or death of conservatives is just a-ok. That is the hypocrisy that I was speaking to. I spoke to just a few examples. there are many more.
If you want specifics on people here, jstorm is one. As seen in this very thread, and many others. Always talking down to people he thinks are republicans, conservatives, or anyone of that nature. Acting like he is morally superior. All the while making comments that are extremely derogatory, racists, bigoted, sexual, etc. He is a huge hypocrite. Saying things on here that he would never say irl. Big words for a little man behind a monitor.
At least you admit that the comments were made in poor taste, good on you for that. It doesn't matter if one thinks that they write themselves. Someone just died. People just got hurt. Being happy about that, making jokes about that, is pretty pathetic. I am not naive enough to think that only lefties do this, righties do as well. Neither is ok. By my observation far more lefties do it. Probably because celebs, MSM, these forums, etc have far more lefties than righties.

Plenty of jokes to make about that one too. The difference is the guy was being an idiot, and certainly caused an inconvenience to many others because of it. I had to deal with that twice this week. I honestly wish idiots that cause huge traffic jams could be but in jail for 30 days if they were at fault.

It shouldn't take long at all to jump out of a vehicle and run. Not that I want to put any blame on the victims. If nothing else, it's a reminder to never take a day for granted. A number of years ago my state of FL passed a law protecting cops who shoot people in the line of duty which appalled me. If a cop shoots someone unnecessarily or wrongfully they should bear the full weight of their actions.They save that for school shootings.
