his information is stored in your registry:
These are the keys involved, but as you will see they are encrypted.
AutoComplete, User Names and Passwords on Forms:
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\IntelliForms\SPW
AutoComplete, Web Addresses:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Protected Storage System

You could try and export the keys to the other computer, but I haven't tried it, so no guarantees.

The autocompletion name cache and the address book (or Contacts folder) are
completely unrelated. If you want to move your name cache to another PC,
configure Outlook on that other PC and copy the file
%AppData%\Microsoft\Outlook\yourprofile.NK2 (where "yourprofile" matches the
name of your mail profile on the current computer) to the other computer.
Put it in the same folder there and give it a name that matches the profile
name on that computer (like yourprofile2.NK2). Start Outlook and you should
have all of your autocompletion names available.
