Traveling to Europe with Family - how do I charge 75 electronic devices everynight?

I am travelling to Europe this summer for a family holiday and will be taking multiple iphones, ipads and Nintendo DS'. Any suggestions on how I go about charging everything each night?

Can I take a US power strip with a plug adaptor and use my existing chargers or will that not work? Any better solutions?

75? Jesus, how big is your family? Do you really need more than one person with a phone and camera? Are you seriously intending on having your faces glued to those screens all day while you're in Europe, if so, you're doing it wrong.

Honestly seems like a troll post, if you are going to have 75 people you are going to have at least 12 rooms, and probably more, just use the plugs in the god damn room.

75 is hyperbole... Let's just say enough that I don't want to by a large pile of plug adaptors and spend my time hunting for enough outlets...

Ever enjoy the pleasure of a 4, 5 and 7 year old's company on a 10 hour flight? They'll be well used for the "en route" portions of our trip.

I'm sure it won't kill you to interact with your kids.

If you insist, I don't see why getting one plug and bringing a strip w/ a few outlets as mentioned would be a problem.

It's one thing to use them on a plane but otherwise the kids need to enjoy the trip and actually go outside.

Well you wouldn't need to charge them every night if its only for the flight, just grab one style plug for each device, micro USB mini USB apple, apple lightning. And just prioritize

I am quite positive I spend more time with my kids than 90% of fathers and that my kids will spend the majority of their time on the beach, playing with other kids in the kids club or doing some other activity with me. Nevertheless, I have an electronic charging dilemma I am still seeking some actually advice rather than misplaced judgement.

Why would you want to bring young kids to europe? pita for everyone involved, and they won't remember anything anyway.

I'd imagine the cord from the device to the block that plugs in is the same in Europe as it is in the US. Just go to some place like monoprice & see if they have the blocks that plug into the wall for Europe. Take those on your trip, leave them in Europe when you fly back.

One of these, 75 of these, some solder, and a fire extinguisher.

Or, if you're less adventurous, a powered USB hub and some suitable cables.

(That hub one looks like it has a power adapter that will actually allow for the full 500mA to all ports simultaneously, which is functionality that is oddly lacking in many powered USB hubs. Though the reviews look somewhat less than promising.:\)

Never mind that, I bet that all he needs is the plug adapter itself. Bring ONE power strip and ONE adapter for the end of it, and as long as you're very careful to only plug in modern switching power supplies (listed as "100-240V"), you'll probably be fine.

I'll leave the "multiple iphones and ipad" alone for now.

You suggest leaving them at home? I guess they need to learn to fend for themselves

anyway, this is all you really need w/ power strip:

make sure all your components can handle the extra voltage, 240v. If not then you need a converter.

Rub them against your head, you know static electricity and all that.

Nah, but seriously power cords, USB hubs, charging mats, whatever floats your boat.

Get a dumb power strip, and I'm talking really simple. Like this.

http://www.walmart.com/ip/Innovera-S...Ivory/14931459

You just want power to flow no line conditioning or any of that crap

Pop an adapter on that and it shouldn't trip. Then you can use the strip to plug in your chargers.

JUST MAKE SURE THE CHARGERS SAY 110-220V!!! and you should be gtg
