Not coming to Denver? What is this?
Any way, when does the new album come out?
New single. New album. New tour.
Our new full-length album, Hesitation Marks, will be released September 3rd on Columbia Records. The first single, “Came Back Haunted,” is out now, and you can listen to it above or on Soundcloud. You can also download the song right now by pre-ordering the album from us or on iTunes.
We’ve also announced our new tour, Tension 2013, coming this fall to North America. Picking up where Lights in the Sky left off, this is the full-on NIN live experience realized as we never could before. View tour dates and on-sale dates on our tour page. As usual, we have a nin.com presale designed to get the best tickets in the hands of real fans at reasonable prices - check here for full presale details and times.
This is just the beginning…
Reznor boiled the decision down to a night in Prague during Nine Inch Nails' last tour, in 2009. We're playing that night in Prague, but I see flyers up for Radiohead, whos playing the same place were playing, six months from then," Reznor recalls. "Then I walk into the record shop, and there isnt a section that says Nine Inch Nails." He said he realized that his Twitter account allows for "preaching to that choir of people," but at the loss of a chance to cross over in an increasingly fragmented media environment. (Interestingly, Reznor's Radiohead encounter happened two years after Thom Yorke and Co. famously self-released In Rainbows.)http://www.spin.com/articles/trent-reznor-david-byrne-major-labels-destroy-angels-radiohead/
Frail -> Wretched
The Becoming
it's most certainly NOT closer/hurt/starfuckers.
1. broken
2. fragile
3. TDS
4. Year Zero
5. PHM
I need to listen to HTDA. I didn't even give it a chance.
1. Still
2. The Fragile
3. Year Zero (I really liked it)
4. PHM
5. The Slip
I would say The Becoming is one of his best for sure, but I like Piggy (amazing drum track!) Reptile, and A Warm Place (more to it than the mellow refrain it seems) better.
I'm sure you've taken a listen to the new cut , but here it is for those that haven't... Came Back Haunted Back to Pretty Hate!
I posted this in the OP and mentioned it like 3x! not 100% on the new track yet. Beat is very PHM, vocals seem more "with teeth/the slip". Guess we'll see what's up soon enough!
"A Warm Place", TDS Live @ NY is RIDICULOUS. LEGENDARY even when compared to the album version. It's also my location.

I saw after I posted.
Thanks for the link, EPIC!
Nine Inch Nails is my favorite band but after asking the question i stumped myself. I am not sure I have a favorite song, err at least one i have not listened to death. But Closer (precursor) which was used in the opening sequence of Seven is up there.
Lets do this, favorite Album which should be an easier question.
For me it would be The Fragile, there are too many good songs on that one (yet i do not like them all).
Here's my top 5 albums w/ favorite song off each:
1. TDS (Heresy)
2. PHM (Ringfinger)
3. Broken (Last)
4. The Fragile
5. Year Zero
I am surprised how many of you like Year Zero, I honestly sold it after listening to it a few times and never cared for it. The same is true of my two friends who are Nine Inch Nails fans, they disliked it as well. But on here it is just as strong an album as Trent's other works.
Presale tix are $113 after fees. You've got to be kidding me.
$113 EACH.
I had to pass. I just can't justify that. Sad, really.
LV pre-sale is sold out.
I'll just wait for the general onsale; I like balcony better anyway ^_^
