Question Tricky TV / gadget question

Hopefully, this is the right thread!

Can you guys please recommend the cheapest, easiest way to INSTANTLY display a picture on my TV? (maybe by switching INPUT to a very inexpensive device/player that's always displaying that picture?)

Let's say, my (future) kid is watching TV and I want a picture with "TIME TO GO TO BED, Elberich!" to appear -
without me going through "TV Input -> USB stick -> photo player -> select photo -> open".

So if there's a $5 HDMI photo player gadget (with built-in memory) or something, that'd be perfect. I don't want to buy a whole DVD player or laptop just to show one photo on the TV screen.

Closest I can think of is this IF a couple conditions can be met.

1. IF the USB stick you put into the TV's USB input port has ONLY the one file on it with the picture you want to display, then MAYBE that will show up immediately when you choose to use that USB input.

1. IF your TV comes with a Remote box that has a button to choose the USB Input immedaiately from that one button push (as opposed to going through a TV menu system) then you can get there in one step.

Hi, thanks for the idea, but unfortunately my TV like most others force you to choose a folder/file to play - so that's extra buttons and popups.

But I solved the problem - the TV remote has a "WEB BROWSE" button, which opens the Chrome browser - and I set its homepage as a picture file on my web server! Cool beans One button press opens Chrome and immediately loads my image.
