Ive seen Nike dri-fit stuff at Ross for about 50% off. The walmart brand works almost as well though IMO.

I hate layers, I find it's uncomfortable as it feels all tight and makes it hard to scratch if it itches somewhere (which is more often at this time of year due to dryness). I usually just wear jeans and long sleeves and a coat/mitts (and sometimes a tuque) if I plan to be outside in the cold for long. I remember high school, the stuff they had us do, like stand outside for 5 hours holding up a car wash sign. LOL

What the hell is a "tuque"?

Never watched Bob and Doug, huh?

What you talkin bout eh

LOL. Underarmor, the official gear for douchebags everywhere.

Work an accident scene in a NH winter, then tell me what'll work better. I'm all ears.

This

Please people, wear it for 8-12 hours straight and tell me what works. UA has worked better then other things I've tried.

Crap, we always just camped for a week at a time in it with old school long underwear, jeans, layers on top and a coat.

Crap, we still do that.

Try fitting those layers under body armor and/or a fitted uniform, without looking like it..

I work in a warehouse, and my area is refrigerated... 38 degrees. I pick cases for 10 hrs a day, and I can tell you UA works great. I have tried so many different combinations to get it just right to stay warm but not sweat, and UA is by far the best. I wear a coldgear base layer, with a thin long-sleeved tshirt. Perfect.

Some guys at work didnt like UA, and when I asked them if they were sure they got the coldgear stuff(i knew they didnt just by seeing it, the material is diff), they are like, what do you mean coldgear? its all under armour. half of them bought the stuff for warm weather.

Scouts wear uniforms too.

No body armor, but I frankly think it's overprice fancy shmanz for 90% of thr buyers.
