I recently hooked my laptop up to my TV throught the S-video. While I can see the desktop and everything else, whenever I try to play video files nothing appears on the TV in the player window(I tried avi and mpeg). I can see the picture on the laptop but on the TV its just black. Sometimes when I set the window to full screen and then back again, the video appears of the TV for a few seconds. Is there some way to fix this? Possibility some settings in Windows Media Player or is there aother media player that I need to download.
