Trouble: Tyan Computer DEAD: Bios for Tyan s1854 help please

Guys,
Need your help again. I need to the latest bios and driver for this board. I know its old but it works.
I'm trying to get a PIII 550e socket 370 to overclock to 733. IT works, i've been using it throught a slocket. Want to see if i can use the socket instead which are also on the board. Not very stable right now and maybe the new driver/bios will help.

Let me tell you WHY IT ISN'T STABLE THRU THE SLOCKET:

-The Trinity 400 auto-detects the original Front Side Bus of your P3 (100/133). Based on this FSB, it will derive the appropriate PCI Dividers.

-When you use the slocket, you can "force" 133Mhz FSB so you can trick the mobo to think it's a 133FSB cpu. Then you get your 1/4 PCI divider, and 1/2 AGP divider, across the fsb settings!

-When you use the onboard socket 370, your 100Mhz FSB cpu will be recognized as 100Mhz, and the mobo will only give you a 1/3 PCI divider and a 2/3 AGP divider, even at 133 and above!!! So you are effectively overclocking the PCI and AGP buses!

Check out this trick if you are willing to "mod" your cpu to 133FSB to work properly on the socket:

I have a Trinity 400 (which is my mobo of choice stability/value wise), and I love it; 150Mhz FSB rock stable!

Also, you can't adjust voltages via the socket, while you can on a slocket; most 500E and 550E will do 733+ at default voltage, but I just wanted to warn you just in case.
