Question Trouble with b550m mortar wifi

Hello all !
I had some issues with this mobo, i changed my cpu who was an 5600x, with an 3600 and after starting the computer, the led regarding vga on the motherboard was blinking and no boot.
Given the fact that I already had and used the last bios, could it be the cpu?
I havo no other cpu to test except this 3600...which i received from a buddy of mine who is now back on intel.

Reseat the graphics card. Try gpu on other pci-e slot.
