Trouble with CSS

Anyone know that I can get rid of that dotted line? I'm quite certain it has to do with the sidebar class, but I don't know how to fix it. It may be tied in with the hit counter.

If you resize the window, the line dissappears

I don't understand what's going on. Why didn't you just link to the website instead of posting a screen shot? I typed the URL in the screenshot and the page looks fine.

Are you using a browser other than IE in Windows? That seems to be the only situation where it shows up.

Yeah. I'm using Firebird in Windows.

EDIT: I think I hate CSS.
