Got to agree with wolfe998 on this, and I'm speaking from experience. Certainly not every client have I had to double-team, so to speak, and I usually used a paralegal or legal secretary but my clientele couldn't afford the sort of fees Trump could. I would also precede the interview with a statement that it is important they tell me the whole truth warts and all, and about the atty-client privilege. Fabricators like Trump aren't stupid, they know why the second person is there.
Speak to any experienced attorney-certain clients are your highest risk, and I'm sure Trump fits squarely into that category-his opinion/facts change frequently and he is never, never wrong-a very dangerous combination.
