I appreciate your reluctant admission that all nine Justices unanimously struck down the appellate courts' hysterical overreach, but calling it "a very small part," while good for your emotional health I suppose, doesn't reflect your grasp of reality very well.
They don't have to do anything of the kind. All the Executive Branch has to do is remind the Justices that the President has plenary authority over immigration, despite the plaintive wails of idiotic "judges" who hated the results of the last election, and he sails to victory.
Amazing that the SCOTUS ruled in Trump's favor unanimously considering that the lower courts universally rejected him. Goes to show how political our lower courts have become and why the SCOTUS appointments are so important.

I don't think any of them will vote for rounding up brown people. The fact that every justice voted for enforcing Trump's ban, it's clear that they did not consider this an EO that "rounds up brown people".

This is about a 9-0 decision on a court that even by your definition is not made up of solely degenerates. That's what's so encouraging about this decision. It shot down the liberal lower courts like a deer in the headlights.
