Yeah, I don't think you understand the word you just used, cause
interpretation is exactly what I'm referring to. Legal scholars make the distinction between reading the "plain text" of a statute vs.
interpreting the vague or imprecise words/language in a statute. Knowing that by nature much of the law is imprecise or unclear, interpreting those statutes suddenly becomes much more subjective and open to differing interpretations, hence me poking fun at werepossum for his belief the law just needs to be read man!
