Yeah, I don't think you understand the word you just used, cause interpretation is exactly what I'm referring to. Legal scholars make the distinction between reading the "plain text" of a statute vs. interpreting the vague or imprecise words/language in a statute. Knowing that by nature much of the law is imprecise or unclear, interpreting those statutes suddenly becomes much more subjective and open to differing interpretations, hence me poking fun at werepossum for his belief the law just needs to be read man!

By making this claim you are proving your total ignorance of American jurisprudence. TRO are, by their very nature, very hard to get-the party seeking the TRO has to prove a number of things, including irreparable harm if the action is not restrained and a strong showing that they will prevail at a full trial on the merits. To draw any conclusion AT THIS POINT that the Supreme Court has approved Trump's EO and/or found it constitutional is wishful partisan thinking at best.

Though most of them came here legally, as refugees or through relatives who were American citizens, their green cards were revoked after criminal convictions on charges including theft, drug possession, rape and murder.
