Doesn't this have the same smell like how Bush did the same thing for Halliburton?
Ah yea, the good ole days of dubya, when integrity was the name of the game. WuhI could be wrong, but I don't think Halliburton screwed up royally before getting the single source contract.
While not exactly the same circumstances at Equifax there are a few things that come to mind like the couple of fracking water incidents, the Iraq troop potable water incident and then the deep water horizon where bp contracted (insert company name here) to do some well related work.
