Were they using this private e-mail server to send classified documents the way that Hillary Clinton was proved to have used her private e-mail server to do ? Yeah, i didn't think so.

Please show where Hillary Clinton personally sent classified information in any way that was criminal. You should be able to do so since you claim that this was proved.
Other than that, whoever broke the seal on this story should probably realize that not all the facts have trickled in just yet. What is clear is that there need to be some stricter guidelines in place for records-keeping when it comes to electronic communication.
Clinton said, "I never received nor sent any material that was marked classified."

We rate this statement False.

Editor's note: The day after we published this fact-check, Comey testified before the House Oversight and Government Reform Committee on July 7. Comey said he believes three emails on Clinton's server contained information labeled classified at the time they were sent. This information was not properly marked in that the emails did not have a classification header, even though a "(c)" immediately preceded text in the body of the emails, designating confidential information. Without the clear classification header, it's reasonable to infer that Clinton did not realize these three emails contained classified information, he said.
I did not cite criminality in my post, only that Hillary Clinton had sent classified e-mails through it. YOU were the one that cited criminality.
So, two things: 1. See the editor's note at the end of the article. 2. This does not address criminality, which I asked you to cite proof of criminality.
True, I did cite criminality. Until and unless evidence of criminality is uncovered with the use of private email by Trump's staff, this is a non-story, just like it should have been with Hillary Clinton. GOP'ers can't have it both ways by treating these situations differently.I did not cite criminality in my post, only that Hillary Clinton had sent classified e-mails through it. Sure they can. Politicians are absolutely required to have separate accounts for political activities. It is only when they use these private accounts for official business (e.g. Bushies) or indeed, ALL official correspondence (e.g. Hildabeast) that there is a legal problem.True, I did cite criminality. ^thisI see nothing here. WH staff and other politicians are required by law to use such accounts when discussing party-related matters.

It is for our progressive elites. This is not a difficult concept.
There is a partial solution, a legally mandated off-site real time multiple location backup by a third party selected by Congress, who would be subject to draconian penalties for "accidentally" deleting emails and the like.
I like the idea but if you're using a private party to provide any of the resources or equipment it's problematic. Would need to be government-owned equipment and federal employees although you could demand the political parties cover the costs of both.
Trump lost the popular vote. Get over it and move on. No need to pile on him at this point.
Seems to me the only one piling on Trump about losing the popular vote is Trump.
