So far here is what we know;
He said sanctions won't be removed.
He said we will cease military exercises.
He said there will be inspections, from many people, both US and others.
There is no current time table for anything as far as I can gather (he said NK will start the process immediately to get the remains of soldiers back).
Apparently there were lots of things discussed and agreed to that didn't make it in the document.
The difference between this signing and past administrations signing agreements is trump and that's why NK will follow through this time.
He couldn't set details and time tables because he didn't have enough time, despite saying this deal has been in the works for a while now.
He doesn't need to have verification on things because he FEELS Kim wants to make a deal.
When building himself up he made it a point to shit on other presidents.
