After watching 20 minutes so far of the first video, I agree with some of things said in that video. However, he says a lot of things, and parsing it all would be an extremely long discussion.

As to Porject Mendacium being used as a source for anything, don't bring that shit here and expect anything but ridicule.

A piece of advice to the OP, stop gish galloping right wing talking points in single posts. Had you started a thread to post the first video, and only that, you could possibly have gotten people to watch it. But you had to poison pill the whole endeavor by inclusion of dishonest sources. Try to stick to one discrete point and when you have source who is at least debatably credible, stick to that source.

Make a list of the diversity programs in the federal government. That list is due sometime in the next few months
He will take that list and see which contracts he can break.

I've taken some of those programs. They do not teach anti-American behavior. Know what's anti-American. Not supporting the troops when Putin outs a bounty on their heads.
