Maybe RFK Jr. needs to study his own skull!

That's whale sized weird right there!
I AM TELLING YOU, THIS IS THE BRAIN WORMS LIFECYCLE.

That whale and that bear was stuffed with pre worm larvae/eggs. He kills them and injects his spawn and the cycle continues.

RFK is a god damned alien.

LOL he really said the guy he was talking to was attempting to justify the shark attacks. Also when he said "he didn't know the answer, he said "you know nobody has ever asked me that question" is hilarious. Trump probably thought he had asked him some deeply intellectual shit.

The fact this man was our former president, and he spends time wondering if a battery on a boat can electrocute you if the boat sinks, that shit is insanity. He makes Bush Jr look like Neil deGrasse Tyson. I was certain we'd never see a more clueless president than Bush, but fuck was I wrong.

Just think, if republicans get their way, we're going to get an even dumber and even more batshit insane POTUS. They're actively working on getting someone more retarded than Trump. They live in a world of alternate facts and denial-ism. I'd laugh if me and my kids, along with millions of sane Americans, weren't the victims in this cosmic tragedy.

Look why do you think the red states are doing their best to sabotage schooling; because DUMB people vote for this shit. I mean just look at some of the crazy laws Florida (for example) passed this year around schooling. Then we can look at places like okiehama, northern carolina, and what-have you. It is all about producing DUMB people to vote for this crap.

Yeah...which is why there's that Low Information Voters thread. It's fascinating, infuriating, and frustrating, all at once.

Yup, simple extrapolation (Eisenhower, Nixon, Ford, Reagan, Bush Snr, Dubya, Trump... the trend is pretty clear and monotonic) suggests they'll find someone even stupider and even less capable of forming an intelligible English sentence.

The next Republican President may be only able to communicate via grunting and pointing.

Mmm, yes, clearly Jesus would be in favor of the money-grubbing, bereft of kindness for his fellow humans, narcissist adulterer.

I thought for sure this was satire. An inverse of Poe’s Law might as well be called Trump’s Law.

Trump evidently cut up his arrest/indictment/mugshot suit and will give pieces of it on a physical trading card if you buy 15 digital ones.

“It was a great suit, believe me, a really good suit. It’s all cut up, and you’re gonna get a piece of it,” Trump said in a video announcing the sale.

In any case, buyers seeking a piece of suit should beware. Business Insider found that the fine print on Collect Trump Cards includes a disclaimer that if delivery of the bit of suit “cannot be fulfilled due to an issue in the manufacturing, production, or delivery”, purchasers will have to settle for a “limited edition Trump NFT” instead.

It’s amazing how much grifting the guy does for a billionaire, and how people empty their pockets to give this "billionaire" money. What a cult!

I esp like the clause 'due to an issue in manufacturing'.... hum.... does this mean that trump fell asleep cutting pieces for the 5 suckers who paid for it ?

Do you guys not have laws about not profiting from criminal enterprises? Or you do and Trump is just being Trump again?

Funny thing - just today, I came across a paper called something like "Evangelism News", and the main article in it was a long diatribe about how Christians should vote for Trump (it was full of the usual talking points I associate with right-wing Americans - don't know if it was actually a US publication, but this was here in the UK, a pile of these papers in a London church - one of historical/architectural interest, which is why I was in there).

Have to say it reinforced my (inconstant and waxing-and-waning) dislike of Christians. My distaste for Christianity, and the strength of my atheism has always wobbled and wavered back-and-forth, but things like that really bring out the Dawkins in me. (Ironically, Dawkins himself usually pushes me the other way, making me irritated with the militant kind of atheism).

The bottom line is I just see very little sign that Christianity, or any religion for that matter, makes anyone any nicer or more moral than they would otherwise be.

TBF though that is a US thing, I've not met a UK Christian that doesn't think that he's a vulgar hideous personality.
Pretty much the only UK people that I've met that like him are the ones with no neck, no hair and a bulldog tattoo on their chest.

I cannot think of any legit holy person be it a pastor or priest or pope for that matter that supports what Trump is selling.
Sure there are mega church folks who twist it into what they believe is written however that’s not what the Bible says. Many instances of the wealthy being wrong or punished. Problem is the book is filled with allegories and dummies simply interpret them wrong.

The more Trump slides in the polls, more and more from him how our elections are scams/rigged. Get ready for more and more of this folks!

In an interview with Dr. Phil, Trump claims that “if Jesus came down and was the vote counter, I would win California.”

Jesus would cheat for Trump? Maybe because Jesus needs that valuable Trump Bible endorsement.

Quid pro quo

Yea so like you i am a bit of a cynic on religion; but there are truly nice people who are religious and they give their religion credit for their behavior; having said that religion has been abused for as long as their has been religion. After all millions of people have been butcher over religion (or worse) because of religion. And frequently i hear a comment along the line humans are imperfect but he (why he?) will forgive use for our flaws [while we milk every last penny from the stupid morons who actually believe us] (part in bracket are those magical words they forget to say.

There is a difference between Christians and Christian Nationalists/Evangalists.

I'm sure - it's just one strand among many. But it's rare I encounter anything Christian, and this church had a table with all sorts of Evangelical literature and lists of meet-ups etc, and a stack of what I think may have been this publication. Really didn't 'sell' Christianity to me, that the first thing I see is a lengthy endorsement of the narcissistic wanna-be-fascist, that's for sure.
