Trump is absolutely right again. I don't know that he should have tweeted these, but he is spot on and I care more about logic than feelings.

The tweet highlights:

Initial English-language accounts of the French-language interview translated it to make it seem as if Mr. Macron was saying that a European army was needed to defend against the United States. In fact, he said Europe needed to take up its own security burden instead of relying so much on the United States, which is an argument that Mr. Trump has made repeatedly.

Why should Trump bother with facts? He hasn't all his life. Yeah, hate to say it, but the EU should have a self-protection pact and lots and lots of mobile nukes including tac enhanced radiation weapons to counter ground invasions. Europe needs a NATO, but without the US and the EU needs to accept us for what he calls them, a foe. Since Trump loves Putin and hates Europe they must take action. Since the EU has no global power lust they can make themselves into a poison pill. Back to MAD as it seems we must, because of Trump. Sad that we can never be trusted again.
