"Next to the lowest dose available" of Crestor is still consider "moderate intensity therapy." 20mg is considered "high intensity." Sure, his exact unmanaged LDL is speculative, but it is most certainly "awful." (technical term).
I find his HDL being that high somewhat suspect and it doesn't quite jive, but, some people do just have good genes so it's certainly not impossible. Taking his numbers at face value, his 10 year ASCVD risk is 16.7% (risk of having stroke or heart attack in the next 10 years with that profile). Take that for what it is.
I actually read the entire letter for Dr Jackson just now and do find it somewhat odd that they performed a LDCT for lung cancer screening. It simply isn't indicated at all. So either he has risks that were not disclosed or it was done without indication (that certainly isn't a rarity in medicine). His stress test was done without clear indication either based on his report. Shrug
I know you're ignorant here, and that's not your fault or even a problem. However, don't pretend it isn't the case, that's when things get awkward.
Also, please don't link to such weak websites as actually evidence. None of those articles are written by actual content experts, expect for perhaps the .gov and that was written in 2012. Cholesterol guidelines have changed since then fairly significantly.
