I don't think this is a GOP "civil war." They just nominated a crappier than usual candidate and some of them are bailing on him because he's politically toxic. Once Clinton is elected, they'll be unified in obstructing everything she does. And they'll be back to make gains in the mid terms, just like they always do. Nothing will change.
