For the record & our AT Trump followers, I've never voted R for President. I don't think a wall would impact anything substantially, however if a wall & maintaining the wall costs zero dollars like the President has said on many occasions I'm all for it. No playing funny number games to get to zero, straight up it needs to be zero cost to me.
I'm alright if Mexico pays then we pay maintenance however I want something of value in exchange for that deal. Saying you're not going to blow up ACA or extend the debt ceiling isn't a deal, saying you're not going to detonate a bomb if I agree to something is not a deal.

You can't logically support a wall on our Mexican border without supporting a wall on the Canadian border as well. 95% of the people hopping the border right now are fleeing gang related violence trying to save their families.

The billion dollar drug industry that operates out of Mexico has the resources to circumvent any ridiculous idea you support to try to stop them from getting products into this country. The only way we're stopping the drug problem is to address the disease of addiction in this country. Pretending a wall is going to do anything other than balloon our already sky high national debt is a pipe dream and nothing more than a talking point to pander to people who think foreigners are ruining our great nation.

In all honesty, that's not exactly accurate. Trump's threat of a govt. shutdown really won't affect SS payments since they're funded separately. Payments still go out.
