I certainly hope so. The last one was woefully inadequate considering the magnitude of the "shutdowns" and job furloughs/losses. We already needed a second round. A second stimulus could be more targeted to those who had lost their job (or much reduced hours), or small business owners that were closed down.

I was in the same situation as Lost. I had just retired, so the shutdown had no effect on my income at all, except that it squashed my plans to find a part time job.
