Cabinet meetings are fairly common. I'd guess every modern President has them. They're usually a time to set goals or sell ideas like we'd like to get x done or doing x will help y.

Just came to post this. It's North Korea in the White House. Dear Leader level of fucked up demanded and delivered adulation. This guy has serious issues and it speaks volumes about the 'quality' of people who have chosen to stick around him when this is what is expected. They're all bending over for the Idiot King. Explains a lot about why people have quit and turned down appointments, they must have had a level above zero on the self respect measurement.
