The world is seeing his actions and have taken note that US can no longer be trust and rely on. We need to keep our agreements and partnership rather US is in or out.
You should get out of your safe spaces and thank Almighty God daily that Trump is running the show, it remind us fake news, corruption, racist, extremist, bully and lying have no place in this date and age. We need to make sure those in power are accountable for their actions.
So you're saying that there's advantage to Trump's presidency, that the mistakes of Russian-assisted collective action by historically-myopic and ignorant flyover-state voters will temper our collective wisdom for the future? I suppose that's all I could hope for from this runaway Trump train.
It's abundantly clear that neither the OP nor a wide variety of focus groups or other Trump-supporters I've heard have much knowledge of the history we've gone through over the last 100 years, the Cold War, the intentions of the Founders (to insure an amount of gridlock), the true problems facing US and the world.
They want quick fixes to alleviate their fear of the future.
They think it's just fine to create a high-risk situation with this toxic filth-presidency as an expression of their anxiety-tantrum, when government's purpose since early times has been to reduce risk.
They think Trump is a good businessman for having inherited a 100-million-dollar business at 24 and risking it all to parlay it to an overestimated and unambitious level since then. He's a gambler -- nothing more.
They think he's a great genius, but he's never done his own tax returns.
They think their anxiety about the future will be alleviated if Trump follows the flawed and erroneous path of an obsolete paradigm -- called the "Great Roman Empire Syndrome." Instead, their ambitions will cost more, risk more, and damage our standing in the world -- which is already apparent.
They think that world politics and world diplomacy is a zero-sum game, and that it is only required to have a bully stand up and thump his chest to claim dominance, like some cheer-leader at an NFL game or fans of the SPEED channel. This is obvious because they spend more time watching sports TV than they spend reading books.
Finally, they think that if they somehow voted for the Disgusting Trump Filth, he cannot possibly be a Traitor, --- because -- "they voted for him." But there's enough evidence to suggest that Trump sold out America before he even announced his candidacy, or that he has "done things" to compromise himself to an Adversary we have had throughout the Cold War -- a confrontation that never really ended with the demise of the USSR. The problem with the Russians was not just "communism." It was the simple fact that they are "Russians" with their own nationalist ambitions.
But since Trumpies think they "won" a democratic election, our family was heartened by conducting our own referendum to temporarily remove Trump's base from the human race until further notice. We will SHUN THEM IN CHURCH. We will SHAME THEM IN PUBLIC. We will BOYCOTT THEIR BUSINESS TO ITS RUIN.
And we do this because -- hardly "great again" -- Trump has made America lower than crocodile piss in a sinkhole.
