Biggest suppliers of oil to the EU are Norway, Russia (50% from these two countries alone), Central Asia and the Caucasus countries, and Saudi Arabia, Libya, and Nigeria (approx 24% of supply from those three combined) so, no, much of Europe is not dependent on Iranian Oil.

Iran sells most of it's oil to China, India, S. Korea, Turkey (approx 60 of it's exports)
