I have never handled classified documents, but I suspect they have some type of alpha numeric tracking ID, as well as something that indicates how many documents should be in that folder. A alpha numeric tracking ID would be the minimal requirement for storage and filing of the documents.Possibly it could simply be accounted for by the various documents in that and other boxes. Do the folders themselves have a way to identify that something specific belongs in them?

*inhales*I’d assume the file holders have some sort of identification on them simply to avoid putting the wrong stuff in the file and then someone gets access to that file but actually gets more info than they should have.

Such a thing would likely discredit the far right and result in shrinkage. After the bombing in OC, the militia movement reduced in size by two-thirds and did not start coming back until Obama was elected 10 years later. That is one theory of how we "win" this. I like the idea of everyone having a medium to connect to anyone and spread information, news. Explain. Because right now, you only look like an arrogant ass. I said I suspect, so you are more than welcome to explain to us how such folders and it's contents are tracked to ensure all documents have been returned, if there are no such markings on the outside. How did the government archive, store, and track such documents. Or the FBI know what they where looking for if there is no such way of tracking such documents and folders or know what the folders where supposed to contain if there is nothing to track it. I think what is lost here is we all have experience with classification is none of this applies to the president. So all these egregious violations we talk about don’t apply. If the president wants to buy a billboard that advertises all our operatives overseas that’s his business.
