They will get paid in exposure.

Indecent exposure. They will get paid in exposure.
Can always get a public defender.I find it very amusing that while it is a witch hunt and he is completely innocent; he is having trouble finding a lawyer willing to defend him.
oof. Years of law school and end up trying to defend Donny Two Scoops? I'd hang myself first. Can always get a public defender.
I don't believe Trump would ever sign the paper declaring his indigency that is required in Florida to use a public defender, nor would anyone believe him if he did, despite his reputation for failure to pay his bills. Can always get a public defender.
Can he do the world a favour and have a heart attack today? Who cares if MAGAtards will say he’s been assassinated by Biden somehow.
I think the primary electoral benefit to Republicans from Trump dying is that he would be out of the news as he is widely despised by voters and he's electoral poison for candidates in the general election. Similarly underrated for Republicans is how beneficial Trump being banned from social media was.Down side to that is he becomes a beloved martyr to the cause, and if Desantis was smart (he is not) he'd ride that sentiment to the White House. I fear him as much as Trump, for different reasons. I live in FL and have seen quite a bit of that ahole.
I don't know where he will find a lawyer dumb enough to make that argument when it's shown, on tape, that it is in furtherance of a crime. Good ol' Crime-Fraud Provision to the rescue.LOL Trump still needs more lawyers and won’t have them in time for the arraignment. Of course he had a very public dinner meeting with his body man (and codefendent) Nauta and is going into a mutual defense agreement with him—but he needs the right lawyers to argue attorney-client privilege should not have been pierced and that all those copious notes and recordings are fruit of the poisoned tree.
I think MOST lawyers understand the risk of needing to find lawyers down the road if they dealing with DJT.I think MOST lawyers expect to get paid for their work...
As expected.

We shouldn't preemptively shoot them, but they are ordered to disperse, and they start breaching the courthouse, shoot to kill.according to some morons here, this means we should pre-emptively shoot them. How about we just understand the enemy and start preparing for their worst and how to defend ourselves against their evil and counter-attack, and hopefully not have to end up in that scenario.
Then again, maybe DJT gets shot in the crossfire! We shouldn't preemptively shoot them, but they are ordered to disperse, and they start breaching the courthouse, shoot to kill.
Preemptively shooting them would be insane and illegal. If we did know with relative certainty that they were planning some sort of violence though then the police would preemptively arrest them just like law enforcement has always done.We shouldn't preemptively shoot them, but they are ordered to disperse, and they start breaching the courthouse, shoot to kill.
He'd present the big mouth tiny hands defense. He’s a stable genius. He should be able to represent himself.
Many people lose the capacity to think strait when threatened. It's not that Trump isn't a dangerous threat were he to prevail, but his hope for success, in my opinion at least, is pretty much nil. I don't think he was successful in breaking the DOJ or in convincing the majority of the country's people. It's a small percentage of nut cases, again in my opinion, why will risk violence to save his ass. Even strong Trump supporters have voted against his interested in courts of law. A sense of civic responsibility seems to abide in those charged to make court level decisions. Hopefully that will include Trump.Preemptively shooting them would be insane and illegal. If we did know with relative certainty that they were planning some sort of violence though then the police would preemptively arrest them just like law enforcement has always done.
And how many of them were paid to be there?Expected 5,000 to 50,000 outside the court house. NBC news says 300 to 400 people.
