I agree a hung jury is a possibility and of course if a Republican wins in 2024 they will pardon him or whatever. I think a hung jury is less likely than a lot of people think though.I'm not expecting a full acquittal.

Assuming this goes to trial I would give about a 90% chance of conviction. There is a chance that they let some nut slip in to hang the jury but I think that’s his only chance outside of Cannon choosing to dismiss the case on her own, which I personally very much doubt.Is this princess bride where he’s mostly dead? Regardless I don't think either is accurate. I think the central charge is quite widely known - that Trump was keeping and hiding highly classified information that he wasn't allowed to have.
