Lol what’s a partial acquittal? But how many hung juries is DOJ willing to go through?
As opposed to a hung jury, that's all.
Without a venue change? I doubt that many ...

I agree a hung jury is a possibility and of course if a Republican wins in 2024 they will pardon him or whatever. I think a hung jury is less likely than a lot of people think though.I'm not expecting a full acquittal.
And like someone said, it's FL. There will be at least a few crazies regardless of political affiliation. Given the counties in question, some of them will be MAGA.
Of course, this is all assuming we get to a trial.
Is this princess bride where he’s mostly dead? One being guilty on some counts but cleared on others is still a felon. As opposed to a hung jury, that's all.

Assuming this goes to trial I would give about a 90% chance of conviction. There is a chance that they let some nut slip in to hang the jury but I think that’s his only chance outside of Cannon choosing to dismiss the case on her own, which I personally very much doubt. Is this princess bride where he’s mostly dead? One being guilty on some counts but cleared on others is still a felon.
And this is a hung juryI'm not splitting up the counts. I'm counting on die hard MAGA to vote "party line" for simplicity sake. They tend to be all or nothing. It's all the cognitive dissonance will allow.

They have no idea what they would be in for, the trump supporters the maga, if the maga's got their way and Trump evaded accountability AND was reelected president. Sure, maybe they'd celebrate for awhile after the acquittal then celebrate again after Trump is reelected but after that WATCH OUT!!!I think Trump is guilty as charged. However I am fully aware of the possibility of getting 12 MAGAtards on his jury.
And this is a hung jury
You started on this with a “partial acquittal”Which is what I was saying ... not sure what you're going on about.

I don't think Dems will go raid Mar A Lago if that is what you are getting at. I don't think they'll say "Oh, I guess he did nothing wrong," either though. If he is found "not guilty" then that legal finding is accepted as the final say on that matter.
The occupation and insurrection at the capital on January 6 would be a example of some people not respecting that Biden won the 2020 Presidential Election.
Fine I’m not a law student, but find me where a hung jury is officially referred to as this.A "partial acquittal" is just a hung jury.

If you barely know what the charges are you have no one but yourself to blame. The indictment is very detailed and is nearly 50 pages long.I’m back simply to say I’m still waiting.
Sure there have been charges and we barely know what those charges are. When can we expect a trail and when can we expect there to be consequences?
Okay I’ll be backIf you barely know what the charges are you have no one but yourself to blame. The indictment is very detailed and is nearly 50 pages long.
Read the full Trump indictment on mishandling of classified documents
The former president faces federal charges related to the mishandling of classified documents, obstructing justice and making false statements.www.pbs.org
As far as when a trial would be probably about a year from now, which is pretty standard.
Yes the indictment is fucking damningOkay I’ll be back
BTW has any normal person read the 50 pages? Are they written in a way a person without a legal background and of normal intelligence can understand?
I didn’t bother with the link. I’m not reading 50 pages.
Point being nobody but news nerds know anything about it.Yes the indictment is fucking damning
It's kind of funny to be like 'nobody knows anything about this' and then follow that up with 'and I refuse to know anything about this', haha.Point being nobody but news nerds know anything about it.
It’s fifty fucking pages. FIFTY FUCKING PAGES. Nobody normal is reading that hence why it’s simply not in the news or the top of mindshare. It's kind of funny to be like 'nobody knows anything about this' and then follow that up with 'and I refuse to know anything about this', haha.
Regardless I don't think either is accurate. I think the central charge is quite widely known - that Trump was keeping and hiding highly classified information that he wasn't allowed to have.
What on earth are you talking about? It was huge news when it happened - the reason it's not at the top of people's minds right now is that there haven't been significant developments for a while. Once there are it will be back at the top. It’s fifty fucking pages. FIFTY FUCKING PAGES. Nobody normal is reading that hence why it’s simply not in the news or the top of mindshare.
The indictment alleges that Trump shared a classified map related to an ongoing military operation and improperly stored boxes containing classified documents at his Florida home, Mar-a-Lago, including in a ballroom, bathroom and shower.
Federal prosecutors also accused the former president of defying requests from the Justice Department to hand over classified documents, making false statements to the FBI and tapping his aides to help hide boxes of records.

You also didn't need to read all 50 pages to know and understand the central charge here - you could have just read the article containing the full indictment, which you also apparently did not do:
From the article:
See how easy that was? Now you know the relevant things you need to know!
