NOBODY has said he Has been charged, they have said HE WILL BE charged, or indited. Has been and will be do not mean the same thing. Yet, you specifically asked "what has Trump been charged with" implying he has been charged, which everyone knows he hasn't, which is why they are saying he will be. So, how exactly are you refuting people's claim, that Trump is facing charges (will be charged in the future) when your argument is about charges that have already taken place (past or current charges) that do not exist?

I took your whole response, as a glaring indication you have forgotten, or maybe you just don't realize that the wheels of justice moves slow, which is why he hasn't been charged yet (which is why people are saying he will be), so I was reminded you of that fact. I noted that Hitler was not executed after his unsuccessful Putsch. My boy did go to prison though. And this set off a round of disjointed rationales that was supposed to invalidate the fact that Hitler lived until 1945 when he took his own life.

The belief that if Hitler had died in 1933, World War Two might not have occurred is balderdash. We don't know that.

Imperial Japan was intent on controlling the Pacific and nothing was going to stop that. Japan didn't need Hitler. Imperial Japan invaded Manchuria in 1931 and long had its eye on Indochina. And Mussolini wanted revenge for Ethiopia rebuffing Italy's invasion of Ethiopia in 1936. Abyssinia also kicked Italy's butt at the Battle of Adwa in 1896.

Try making those facts disappear.

So, once more with feeling: What charges have been laid against Donald Trump? Because the way I see it, absolutely nothing - despite widespread condemnation and speculation.

And before anyone starts whining or throwing chipped bricks, I am not a Trump fan. I'm a Dem.

I think I’ve been clear that I believe Trump WILL be indicted, not that he is currently under indictment. Maybe my terminology wasn’t right but I don’t think the intent was in doubt.
