No he’s saying that Trump’s proven collusion with Russia was some plot against him. It’s insane ultra right wing media shit.

Why Russia absolutely influenced the election is so hard to accept for them proves that it's 100% disingenuous bullshit. That the Trump campaign was willing to accept helpful interference is also clear.

They seem to think you can't prove things without confessions or something.

They literally had a meeting to accept Russian collusion!

You bet nothing... Am I right? Already donated all you got to the cause didnt you? Of course you did.
Nah I do not think he donated his home, kids, and wifey yet to the so called "cause"... otherwise he would be on what he would call the "socialist check program". The only other way he could still have internet when libraries are closed at this time, is if he still has money.

Now if he did donate all that and is at a library.... it's only possible if he is at a public library computer in Russia, as according to world clock it's morning at some parts of Russia.

So we come down to the point where either Brandon is Russian..... or he still has his money.

Just realized. Trump is a brilliant strategist. Filed the motion and forced the DOJ to release these DAMNING pics and taint the jury pool so he can't sit a jury in his upcoming trial. 5d chess indeed. Brilliant.

Why am I the only one interested in the weird box of probably fake?, novelty framed Time magazine covers that Trump ordered made, like all his others, stacked up there like he hands them out as gifts to his valued guests?

lol--no one else looking at that weird shit? Anyway, I can't tell what the cover is, lol.

The deplorables will say it's photoshopped.
Well, it certainly was photoshopped … ( to white out the text of the secret docs…)

Also as was earlier mentioned by others, Trump was totally framed by FBI planting docs that Trump had automagically already declassified that Trump knew nothing about which were Trumps personal property and not the government’s so they should be immediately returned to Trump without government or judicial review

I think I still might have missed a contradictory excuse or two that he’s already thrown up on the wall.

Trump’s attorneys that pledged a “diligent search” for classified materials had been completed (in response to earlier subpoena, in response to their failure to voluntarily return the secret docs, after repeated requests) are going to need their own lawyers…

DoJ filing says that when Trump's lawyers searched the storage room at Mara-Lago where the documents were stored, in an attempt to comply with the subpoena, that the documents the FBI later found in the raid were not there. They had been moved elsewhere. Sounds like an obstruction charge to me.

I'm not a legal expert but I believe that they have to demonstrate to some probability they were moved to prevent detection. However there are other supporting information that also points to obstruction such as lawyer sworn statement all documents were turned over and witnesses reporting that he claimed the documents are his and he didn't have to turn them over.... still it will be interesting if this go to trial to hear all the evidence they have on the obstruction charge.

All I know is if I were a crook with incriminating evidence on my cell phone or located in my home, I would move and hide the incriminating shit elsewhere, and get a new phone with a new number and place the incriminating phone in a box and bury it in my back yard. Or, in someone else's back yard.
I find it sooooo stupid amazing that these crooks or any crook would hang onto incriminating evidence as if just waiting for the FBI or the police to show up. Who does that?

A REAL crook gets rid of the incriminating evidence right away so when the feds come busting down the door they find nothing.
If Nixon had simply burned the tapes, he'd have eluded resignation. And if Trump had stored those stolen documents in a rented garage somewhere over in Jersey, Trump wouldn't be in such hot water. The same goes for Roger Stone and for all the other Trump Trumpies. They don't know how to hide incriminating shit the correct way. The non incriminating way.

Come-on guys, if you want to be THE MOB then at least ACT like THE MOB. The Mob knew that Las Vegas was surrounded by miles and miles of desert, and the Mob used it to their advantage. Now who in their right mind is going to dig up the entire desert?

I know what Donald Trump's Epitaph on his tombstone will read, HERE LIES DONALD TRUMP. GOOD AT REAL ESTATE, NOT SO GOOD AT POLITICS.

Right, and the charges here are pretty straightforward. What's the issue?

One more time, list the charges Trump is supposedly facing. Not what some believe he should be facing, but actual charges. And I do imagine they are supposed to be criminal in nature.

Every time the news media mentions the potential of an indictment, criminal wrongdoing or untruths - I think some internalize this and it just becomes part of their psyche. I think the newest claim is there might have been some obstruction. I can't stand Trump, but I prefer to let the law takes its cost.

Some of you slide completely off the rails when anyone urges caution before labeling Trump a convicted traitor. It is really amazing to read of your unhealthy obsessions and dreams of shoving Trump in a prison. It this your version of what's called Trump Derangement Syndrome?

I've engaged Trump supporters many times and they can be just as strident. But their boy seems delusional from where I sit and in their frenzied defense of him, many of his backers appear to be as well.

Now, I recall where I've read such vitriolic nonsense before. In 2016, Bernie Sanders' overenthusiastic supporters could not hold off on the same type of illogical dismissals of reason, insulting personal attacks and a belief only they are right. They weren't.

Since Vox published a story that said up to 12% of Bernie supporters actually voted for Trump out of revenge, (NPR put the total at 10%) I wonder which ones found their way here and are continuing their "all or nothing" mindset.

Some of you need to grow up and understand that not everyone is going to agree with you. Then accept it.

Obstruction isn't a new claim. It's literally in the FBIs search warrant affidavit.

Here is what I believe many are not aware of:

Trump has not been charged by a prosecutor, which is why I contend he is facing no charges at the moment.

But he has been roundly accused by many. Including a lot of folks in the news media, bloggers and news personalities.

Because the words "accused" and "charged" are used interchangeably, this contributes to a bit of confusion.

No amount of cursing, screaming or insult-filled paragraphs on a news forum will ever convict anyone. Unless things change, only a judge or a jury can do such things.

I am sure there are exceptions for different court systems, military, civil and institutional. But I am not attorney.
