News Trump: Mar-a-Lago just raided by FBI

Here is what I believe many are not aware of:

Trump has not been charged by a prosecutor, which is why I contend he is facing no charges at the moment.

But he has been roundly accused by many. Including a lot of folks in the news media, bloggers and news personalities.

Because the words "accused" and "charged" are used interchangeably, this contributes to a bit of confusion.

No amount of cursing, screaming or insult-filled paragraphs on a news forum will ever convict anyone. Unless things change, only a judge or a jury can do such things.

I am sure there are exceptions for different court systems, military, civil and institutional. But I am not attorney.

I am sure 100% sure people who post here are aware Trump hasn't been charged yet. This post doesn't add any value to this discussion. Did Humble Pie change his username?

Your post was reductive. A 5th grader would know Trump hasn't been charged. But, I'll say based on this picture it is going to be hard for the DOJ not to charge him.

So, how does it feel to be willfully blind to reality? It's a choice , you know that, right? Placing people on ignore, because you don't like what they have to say, doesn't change your ignorance. It's just a feeble attempt to hide from reality.

That's a very telling picture that clearly shows documents marked "top secret" on what I assume is Trumps carpet. They caught the orange man red handed.
Lets get on with the charges, the arrest, and the trial. I'm 100% behind that course of action and there is no circumstances under which it should be delayed by a single day. I don't understand why Trump isn't in custody right now.

They might be using a different definition of "corruption."

Did Obama do something I didn't like? ( Yup, like getting elected. )

Did he have help doing that? Did he talk about this with others? ( Yup, he sure did. And 69.5 million people listened and voted for him. )

A lot of people feel that way and the answer is, hopefully, because justice moves slow. While that’s probably the reason why no charges have been brought, I’d rather the DOJ be meticulous and deliberate and dot all the i’s and cross all the t’s and get it right than trump turn this into a circus because of some preventable error on their part.

The agency had been trying to get Trump to return these documents for a long time. The only rationale for the raid on Mar-a Largo is because Trump and his minions refused to return them and that was the only recourse left to the FBI.

I'm not privvy to the exact wordings in FBI affidavits. But from watching different legal analysts and reading, this is what I gather.

So on conservative forums they would have overwhelmingly chosen Obama? Based on what evidence? Would you like to know what evidence the “progressives” used to support their vote?

Everyone has an opinion but that doesn’t mean all opinions are equal. Can you figure out why some opinions are valid and others aren’t?

They did wait. If you or I had been suspected of having classified documents, do you think it would have taken 18 months to get them back? They were overly deferential to Trump and I hope it didn't cost the US intel sources.

I suspect like a lot of people on the right that he deeply believes “both sides” are the same and that because the right suffers deeply from group think and a cult like devotion to protecting trump that the left must also suffer from group think and a cult like devotion to going after trump.

What’s he’s failed to realize is the reality of the situation and the facts such as the number of people indicted/convicted in the trump administration compared to prior administrations.

I call that intellectual laziness and it looks like a defense mechanism for those who are facing an uncomfortable reality of being on the wrong side of history.

Your confidence is the results of the last election, the largest ever, where the largest turnout of trump supporters was met with the largest turnout of anti trump supporters. Seven million more people voted against trump, all the voter fraud in the world isn’t overcoming that.
