As sympathetic as this judge might be to Trump, I find it hard to believe with the poor quality of arguments being made by his legal team that she'll actually buy into giving him a special master.

HOW WILL IT HAPPEN?
The arrest of Donald Trump?

How will the FBI arrest Donald Trump?
Will they arrest Donald at his estate at Mar A Lago? Or, outside of Trump Tower? Maybe at some airport when Donald is on the move to a rally or headed for an appearance at Fox News? Will the FBI arrest Donald Trump outside the Fox News HQ itself, right on the street?
It will be interesting to see just how and when the FBI takes action.

Then, we will finally have Donald Trump in handcuffs, the same handcuffs he threatened Hillary with, oh the irony....
I can just picture it. Donald will spending the night in a federal lockup, waiting to face a judge the next morning. His attorneys will ask the judge for bail, then the judge will consider whether or not Donald is a flight risk and worthy of any bail. After all, Trump still has his passport. The FBI gave that back to Donald, remember?

And as Donald Trump appears before a judge, in handcuffs or maybe not, the Trumpies across America will go insanely wild. Fox news will have a total meltdown, broadcasting non stop with no commercial interruptions. Lindsey Graham will yell and scream at the top of his lungs on the senate floor. And I suspect Mitch McConnell will say nothing. Nothing at all. Not even a peep. Old Mitch will sleep better that night than he has for many years.

Yea, I just wonder just how the arrest of Donald Trump will go down? Will be interesting. I'm looking forward. We all are I suspect.

We should get a pool going.... I can see fighter jets forcing Trump Force One to do an emergency landing as he tries to flee the country.
Or he could request asylum at an embassy.

I know nothing of classified document protocol, but I assumed that signing them out/in would be a requirement at that level.
Then you probably shouldn't talk about it as if you do know anything about it, cause it makes everything else you said completely moot.

Well, it looks as if the guy who actually understands English knew what he was talking about all along.

(Heh, heh, heh.)

I said Trump had not been charged with anything. Which resulted in an avalanche of juvenile silliness, infantile tantrums and derisive nonsense. Kindly grow up.

What most have hurled on here are mere accusations, coupled with innuendo and fanciful bullchit. I told you this.

For those who cannot control your emotions and resort to childish epithets, how many times do I have to shove this in your faces?

Cue the toddler parades with bent tin spoons.

You are and have been the only person in this thread confused about whether or not he's been charged with anything.

Literally everyone else who has posted knows he hasn't been charged with anything.

But keep arguing with yourself. I hope you win.

Say you are an idiot without saying you are an idiot. The only thing you are shoving in people's faces is the fact that you are and idiot with no comprehension of the English language. NOBODY has said he has been charged. NOBODY! They have said HE WILL BE CHARGED. I explained that to you already.. you just don't seem to grasp that fact. So you post shit like this thinking you are the smart one in the room, when in fact, it's quite the opposite.

I already have. Try learning English. Or at least basic legal terms. Because I know what your real issue is:

You're still ticked off Bernie isn't President. Well, he's a nice guy. But the fates were against him. And many of you cannot stand anyone who disagrees with you.

No matter. Trump has not been charged.

You already have what? Shown us that you are ignorant of reality? What part of NOBODY has claimed he has been charged with a crime yet, do you not get? The claim is he will be charged.. all your link does is give us a time frame when we can expect it to happen.

bold type: We know that, how many times do you need it explained to you?

What you are doing now is trolling..

How about this ... you quote someone in here saying that he's actually been charged and then we'll all be "owned". Until then ... eh, maybe just pipe down?

If I remember my history correctly, once an upper class became above the law, mobs with guillotines took care of it...
Then your history is poor. Those upper classes had always been above the law, and everyone knew it. It took the masses literally starving while the upper class had lavish feasts and flaunted their excess before people who were watching their kids die from starvation for the guillotines to be built.

When they said 'eat the rich' they meant it literally.

Okay can you stop bitching about “charged” rant. You’ve been going on for days. You’re making the fortune cookie’s post look sane in comparison.

I think that if she appoints a special master, which I think she will, it will be despite Trump's lawyer's arguments not because of them. The ruling will be something like 'Because of the highly politically charged nature of this case, and the extreme danger of an appearance of bias, the court feels it is in the interest of justice that a special master be appointed.'

Well that is just pathetic.
Fucking tell me about it. I, as a contracted IT security mook, had the audacity to actually look for secret/ts data on our unclass systems, and got a 'talking to' by my supervisor because I did that without being asked, and it could have apparently been construed as me looking for data to leak. As though we didn't have a thousand other ways to exfiltrate data from our network.

As bad as this obviously is and no matter where the smoking gun(s) lead, in the end they will say... never prosecute a former president.
And that only proves justice is not equal under the law. You can have the goods on someone and where everyone else would go straight to F-ing jail for a long long time, but a former president?
Aw no, we better not touch that one. Just give him a cookie and let him go. Go, go on to further destroy American democracy. We have more cookies...
Nah. A white male former president is above the law. But exceptions given if they are a Dem. Also if he's gay. But watch out if it's a female and non white, she's going to jail for wearing a pant suit.

Huh? Do you really believe anyone on this forum thought Trump had been charged with anything? Holy Sh*t, are you really daft or just pretending for the internet?

I dunno. I'm rarely surprised at a person's inability to accept that they have made a mistake.

Sure, most people demonstrate this problem more passively (disappearing), but is it really that different if someone handles it through more confrontational defenses?

I'm a Dem, but I'm not an extremist which is I try my best not to hurl personal attacks, denigrate others or routinely insult folks.

Other folks who are so full of rage can avail themselves of that. And there seems to be sooo much anger on this forum. But it's not me you're ticked off at.

It is your collective inability to control events, to toss away people you roundly dislike or force those in power to do what you want. But that was never going to happen anyway. Many of you are all over the place with your accusations.

I guess that's why there's so much nastiness and your boneheaded approaches to nearly everything that pushes people away who may try to listen. The bottom line is Trump was elected in 2016 with the connivance of many and that includes those on the Left who hated Hillary so much that they refused to vote her. Or worse -. actually voted for Trump.

NPR said 10% of Bernie Sanders voted for Trump out of revenge. Vox tabbed it at 12%.

Many of you confound me at times. I'm used to dealing with malcontents. But here, it is sort of a mob mentality. Agree with us or die! Really? No. I don't agree.

You do realize that's a smaller percentage than those of 2008 Hillary primary voters who went for McCain, right?
