A major problem with Trump team's maneuvering is that this proposed "special master" has no business having any access to classified material. It's absolutely prohibited by law. Lawrence in that video I posted above makes this point clearly. This is why he thinks the Trump-appointed judge will walk back her position. She has until Sept. 15 to do that and if she does not, the DOJ will go ahead with their appeal.
