If he is found "not guilty" then that legal finding is accepted as the final say on that matter.

The occupation and insurrection at the capital on January 6 would be an example of some people not respecting that Biden won the 2020 Presidential Election.
Sure, why wouldn’t people accept that? So long as the jury finds him not guilty then that’s the end of it. Again though, the odds of that are basically zero so it’s not a major concern as this case is a slam dunk.

I think Trump is guilty as charged. However I am fully aware of the possibility of getting 12 MAGAtards on his jury.

Sadly, with Judge Cannon presiding...that's very much a possibility.

No such thing as a "slam dunk" case against Trump.

And the people who don’t respect the bipartisan bengazhi investigation into Hillary. You know the one where she was investigated 12 times

And you say the dems might not respect the decision when the gop has a history of it. If anyone is not going to agree with the results would be the GOP

I will side of the past reactions of people
Or as I would call it reality

Respect it? Probably not, because I am assuming that him being acquitted on this matter would involve a lot of legal loopholes and underhanded tactics to taint the verdict, probably with the judges assistance. The evidence we have seen already is just too strong, but if new information is presented that changes the calculation on that evidence's potency I'm always willing to change my mind. But, respect? I doubt anyone in that courtroom cares about earning my respect.

I will accept it as final. That is how the law works.

Nobody better be seeing if a glove fits, that's all I know.

Bear in mind they only filed a portion of potential charges. In the unlikely event of acquittal, they'll file more .
My understanding is they are already preparing to file charges in New Jersey for a related incident up there (I think that is where his golf course is located and his interview with the reporter in which he showed classified material).

For that matter, will there ever be a trial, or verdict?
Not if he gets elected - he will dismantle the DOJ for starts:

How would she force the selection of 12 Trumpkin jurors? Specifically?

Cannon could dismiss the case herself and declare Trump not guilty before it gets to the jury and in that case no I would not accept it but the idea that a jury will acquit Trump here is in fantasy land.

It's Florida, nothing else needs to be said.

Where are the moderate Republicans who would normally be vehemently against any of these ideas? Crickets. Fucking crickets.

Again it would require some truly legendary incompetence on Smith’s part for this to happen. Is the idea that 100% of the jury pool will be Trumpkins? Because if not, no acquittal.

Because Florida is 100% Trump voters?

No, but the counties that will make up the jury pool are 65-75% GOP. Not sure what the exact rules on selection will be, but I believe it's only 6 challenges that the govt gets. Not unreasonable to think that the jury will be heavily tilted based on demographics alone.

Yes but this case is so strong you need 100% of the jury to be irrational Trumpers. That’s the only way to get an acquittal.

I'm not expecting a full acquittal.

And like someone said, it's FL. There will be at least a few crazies regardless of political affiliation. Given the counties in question, some of them will be MAGA.

Of course, this is all assuming we get to a trial.

Lol what’s a partial acquittal? But how many hung juries is DOJ willing to go through?
