Well it should be obvious to all clear minded thinkers that it's not just the election that is rigged, the debate was too. I don't know if it was done with photo shopping, dubbing, camera angles, or mirrors, but Trump couldn't have lost those debates. This isn't an exam.
It's a Presidential debate.
If you can't figure out how to prepare for a presidential debate, including being able to answer questions on relevant topics of the day then you have no business running for president.

In other words, it should not be relevant whether an opponent received the questions before hand.
If you are running for president, you should already be prepared for any questions appropriate for a Presidential debate by the time the debates are scheduled.
